Note:

In accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires. If you withdraw from the contract, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your chosen method of delivery, which differs from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), will be refunded to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

Important notice:

Please note that the right to withdraw from the contract cannot be exercised in the cases specified in Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, in particular for contracts for the provision of services if they have been performed with your prior explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period, and for contracts for the use of leisure time where the trader provides these services on a specified date (e.g., booking a performer for a specific date).
